HOW DOES THE BESPOKE ENGAGEMENT RING DESIGN PROCESS WORK?
- 1. We begin with a free consultation at our showroom or digitally via Skype, WhatsApp or Phone. It lasts 45 mins, and we discuss any initial ideas you might have to create your own engagement ring.
- 2. Stone sourcing comes next, where we find the perfect diamond or sapphire for the centre of your engagement ring.
- 3. We will create six designs around the stone, and your final selection will be turned into a CAD render so you can visualise how your design will look in 3D.
- 4. Your custom engagement ring will be crafted in our workshops in Hatton Garden, London, and marked with a traditional UK hallmark before returning to our showroom. The whole bespoke process takes roughly 3.5 months from the initial consultation.
CAN I CREATE MY OWN RING ONLINE?
Absolutely, we work with many clients outside of London and overseas to design their dream ring. The initial consultation would be done digitally, creating the same high level of customer experience that you would receive in our Showroom.
Whether you’re designing remotely or in person, all other processes including stone sourcing and design approval occur over email. We’re always happy to send photos and videos of our showroom samples to help you visualise your creation.

HOW MUCH DOES A BESPOKE RING COST?
Due to the unique nature of the diamonds and sapphires we work with in our engagement rings, the cost of each ring depends greatly on the stone cut and quality.
Instead, we ask our clients to set a budget and we source stones within this budget, only going above if we are asked to. Our minimum spend for bespoke is £3000.
Starting prices for Made-to-Order rings on our website can be used as a guide for different styles. Otherwise we’re happy to answer any queries for bespoke engagement rings on our Instagram Grid by email or direct message.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MADE-TO-ORDER AND BESPOKE?
The bespoke process is best suited if you’re looking to create a design that is not possible to edit from our made-to-order samples, whereas our Made-to-Order styles are based off our existing designs that can be fully customised.
HOW LONG DOES THE BESPOKE PROCESS TAKE?
From the initial consultation to the finished ring the process takes 3.5 months.
CAN MY RING BE TURNED AROUND ANY QUICKER?
Crafting a bespoke ring takes time, and our quoted timelines for bespoke are generally not something we are able to reduce. If you are looking to create a ring in less time, we would advise opting for one of the Made-to-Order designs from our website as these can be created in 6-8 weeks, or 10-12 weeks if adding customisations.

Being a London jewellers, we're proud to make all of our pieces in the UK from start to finish. The majority of our production happens in Hatton Garden, London, where our workshops are based and skilled mounters and setters turn each design into reality.
