THE INITIAL CONSULTATION
We begin with a digital consultation via Zoom, phone, WhatsApp or email. Our website showcases all of our Made-to-Order engagement ring designs, and this can be helpful to guide the conversation in place of seeing physical samples.
During the consultation, we’ll get a feel for the engagement ring you’re looking to create, take notes and offer the same personalised suggestions as with our in-person clients. We’re always happy to follow up the appointment with photographs and videos of the Made to Order engagement rings on our hands, or mock-ups of a bespoke piece as with these Toi et Moi rings below, to give you a clearer idea of the finer details like proportion and how they sparkle.
DESIGN + STONE SOURCING
All other design stages following the initial appointment are always carried out via email, so this part of the process remains the same. Our team will source your perfect stone from our trusted dealers around the world, sending comprehensive images and videos to accompany the stone’s dimensions. A computer render of your final ring design, sent via email, gives you a really clear 3D visualisation of how your engagement ring will look.
IS BESPOKE ANY DIFFERENT?
We would create an additional 6 sketches of unique design options to refine your design before moving onto the computer render, which again are sent via email.
SIZING
We would always recommend popping into your local jeweller and having your ring finger professionally sized if you're purchasing from overseas, as it avoids any future complications with shipping and customs.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING
We only use trusted shipping companies that fully track and insure parcels to send out our finished engagement rings. If we will be shipping your ring outside of the UK, you have the added benefit of UK VAT-free shopping with us. Read our shipping terms here.
